Inspection

We do a free inspection when quoting your home. We walk around and inspect the house with the client. Once determined what needs to be done, we give you a written quote with material and labour costs. There is no obligation in signing right away. (Quote is valid for 1 month)

Repair

• A thorough inspection will determine if your eavestrough can be repaired or if they need replacing.
• Partial or full replacement of any aluminum eavestrough, soffit, or fascia
• Repairing or replacing elbows or downspouts
• Realigning the eavestroughs with proper slope
• Reinforcing the detached eavestroughs
• Resealing leaking mitres (corners)

Eavestroughs

With our 5” gutter machine, we are able to print any length. Custom seamless eavestroughs are the only solution. Once old eavestroughs are taken down, we measure and install new ones. All of our corners are hand-mitred for a custom snug fit every time. Every custom eavestrough installed is leveled for a proper slope.

Soffit

Custom soffit is typically done by measuring from the brick or siding of the house to the edge of the fascia board. The soffit is measure and cut to fit your house. Vented soffit gives you better circulation of air in the attic to prevent heat and moisture build-up. Soffit comes in vinyl or aluminum. Aluminum lasts longer on average.

Fascia/Wrap Installation

Fascia boards are critical to a home. If rotted, FCE will replace any that need replacing. New custom fascia wrapping is measured and bent right onsite. We can customize any wrapping to fit your home. Installing, we tuck the top of the wrap under the roof's drip edge to prevent water from getting into places it shouldn’t be. With proper installation, there should not be anymore rotting down the road.

Cleaning

Cleaning is crucial to maintain a healthy eavestrough. Proper maintenance at minimum 2 times a year makes sure that there are no leaves, twigs, or pine needles clogging the eavestrough and downspout. If they are not maintained, overtime buildup could cause leaks and rotting or larger foundation issues.

CSR (Clean, Seal, and Reinforce)

Process:

• Clean out all eavestroughs & downspouts
• Make sure eavestroughs are level
• Extra hanger for more support
• Caulking on all seams

Leaf Guard

Optimally-sized mesh openings protect the eavestrough from leaves, twigs, pine needles, oak tassels, shingle grit and other minuscule debris that may cause clogging. Made with an exclusive, patented hemming process that keeps the mesh tight, Xtreme gutter guards wont sag or separate. We do a CSR before any leaf guard installations.

PROPER CARE / MAINTENANCE

Xtreme gutter guards are the finest micro-mesh gutter guards on the market today. In most cases, rainfall alone is sufficient to keep it clean, but there may be some instances where cleaning/maintenance will be required. Light winds should remove most surface debris (due to the product slope), but if debris is wet or compressed, higher winds may be required to effect shedding. We do recommend an occasional washing of the mesh using clean water from a garden hose. Using a soft bristled car-wash style brush is ideal to augment this effort. A mild surfactant of degreaser can also be used during this maintenance. Mildew or mold can collect on all types of building products if not cared for correctly.
