Siding styles
These are the three Royal siding lines we install most. Each comes in its own profiles and colours, and other styles are available if you have something else in mind. We'll go through them with you when we quote.
Horizontal lap siding with a low-gloss woodgrain that looks like real wood. The traditional look, in four profiles from a narrow 3-inch triple to a 4.5-inch double.

Vertical boards with taller 5/8-inch battens, for deeper shadow lines and a more modern look. It costs more than lap siding.

Wider panels with foam insulation bonded to the back. Royal says it cuts heat loss through your wall framing and dampens outside noise, and the foam makes the panels stiffer against knocks.
